on pic, close to a 75mm M48 shell
marking on body:

some trace of color, seems light blue.

Is the fuzewell the same thread diameter to take a 2 inch diameter fuze as the M48 projectile?

Your shell looks like a french "75mm modle 1952" (use for example on EBR Panhard gun)
