75mm M72 AP Shot

Picked up this lovely lump of rust at the War & Peace Show yesterday which I'm intending to clean up and return to some of its former glory. I assume it's a 75mm M72 AP shot?

I have a Canadian made 75mm M18 case to pair it with. Are there any significant construction differences between Canadian and US made M72 shots?

Yes - M72. I have both Canadian and American versions and other than the stampings they are identical.
