75mm projectile to identify. Not much to go on. Base diameter: 73mm. Driving band width: 13mm. Distance from bottom of band to base: 37mm. Length of what's left of it: 213mm. No markings.

Appears to be a shrapnel projectile based on the interior shelf in the last photo.
 
Likely Russian 76.2mm Field Gun Shrapnel. Note the low crimping groove on the projectile. One groove is Russian, 2 grooves is US 3 Inch.
