75mm round ID required please

Hi, it's my first post and i'm sorry for my very bad english. Help me for ID this round please.
Max. Diam : 74,5 mm
Lenght : 215 mm
Between the two missing driving bands : FY - JH - FY 4 - 62 - POT
At the base : Two crossed cannons - 4 - Y? (see the picture) and a place for a base fuse or a tracer plug.
