75mm Schneider HE markings

Hello, I have some trouble with this 75mm Schneider HE projectile. It is probably Polish for 90% but still I do not have a clue what does "F"" stand for. I know that yellow rounds wete filled with TNT but I can't find any similar projectiles on any photos or dwawings.
