75mm Shell Case ROUMANIE

Does any one have any information on a 75mm shell case with a head stamp that reads ROUMANIE with a 1917 date. I know there was a thread on this several years ago but cannot find it.....thanks....

Full head stamp is M326 L ROUMANIE 1917 SMA As I recall, the case is about 10 inch tall.....

Isn't SMA Italian?
