According to Hawkinson's lists, there is a 75 x 165R Schneider mountain gun case, with a 90 mm rim and a 33 mm primer.

It was - Robert Hawkinson published the second edition of his book on case types (20mm to 80cm) in 2012. I have no idea whether or not it is still possible to buy a copy, but his email address is given in the book as rcjctg@aol.com
