Hello, I have this case but I am unsure of what it is? Is it a 76mm for the M41 Walker Bulldog tank? Could someone give me the country of origin and meaning of the head stamps. Cheers.

Can you show a straight on profile of the case? No measurements and no profile makes ID questionable.

Yes, I should have done that to start with. Length is 580mm.

Definitely for the M41 Walker Bulldog tank, and the T124 antitank gun. It is interesting to note the US Army artillery ammunition manual from 1972 shows the towed antitank gun as the M48 cannon.
