76mm M26 Case Origins please!

Recently acquired a good condition M26 case
Headstamp is 12; 76MM M26. 3; DB/C. 9 1943 6; LOT 66 - then theres a crowsfoot arrow under this with a Y on top of another crowsfoot arrow with 86 under that. Does this mean it is British?
Primer is stamped: KOP-4-72 M28A2 1943

Any cases with a /C are Canadian manufacture. I think I have one or two myself.

DB/C = Dominion Bridge,Lachine, Qubec ,Canada,
