81mm smoke NR695

[MINENAZ16]

Hello,
This remnant of mortar round is fuzed M9813 A1 (I assume South Africa).
Does anyone know what country made and use this projectile ?
NR695 sounds Dutch or Belgian.

It's a dutch mortar grenade.
I do not have a picture of the same grenade but the inscription on my picture is pretty much identical.
