Here is a French 4 shell, caliber 84mm.
The tenons were leveled off and a forcing belt was placed.

Do we know when this modification dates from?
Is it documented?

I only know this shell with a T&P fuze like 25-38 or 30-38 used as practice. Never seen your brass adapter before.
