I think the fuse cap is a bit beyond help there so your best course is to put a wanted out on the forum for a donar 89B top which shouldnt be to tricky to get,then decide how far you want to go with the clocks.
The outer casing looks reasonable so a light wire wheel off and a coat off matt black.
You could fill the fuse top but it will always be a fuse full of pudding so try a replacment cap.
The clock and other parts is ok. I cleaned them yesterday. Then I smeared clock with oil and it started ticking:tinysmile_shy_t:.
Olny head part doesn't good looking.
