I want to share a couple of images of the 90mm AP-round for the 90/50-53 AA-gun, used by the Italians during WW II. The brass coated steel case is made by " HASAG " in Germany , is dated 1942, Waffenamt marked and also with " FERRO ". This round is not often to see at all.
Enjoy the images

some base case
RE (army) made by ANS= ansaldo in 1941
RE (army) made by MI = manifattura industriale in 1941
RM (navy) made by BPD = bombrini parodi delfino in 1942 with typical designation 90/50 and lot number with L4 (only for navy)

I have some case made by hasag, but 1943 marked, so I tought thath german made after the armistice on italian captured firms, but yours 1942 marked it refutes me. what you think about german waa on italian case?? I noted only on 90mm AA case.
best regards

I guite like the Italian stuff. they made some interesting calibres and it does not appear to be popular to collect.
