90mm headstamp ID sought

Greetings
I am thinking this is a Cockerill-type cartridge case.
But happy to be corrected.
Measurements given as " height 35cm / width 9.5cm".
Width seems too large for neck diameter and too small for rim diameter.
Maybe it is an average (haha).
Headstamp at 12 o'clock ..... 90 mm NR 5499 A1
Headstamp at 6 o'clock .... MMI - 02 - 11 89
As far as i can make out from poor photo.
Any help appreciated

90x350R is correct for the Cockerill Tank case. MMJ I think is Mecar, Belgium? Can somebody confirm this maker.
Mouth was probably meant to be 90.5mm (9.05cm)?
