Here are a few more bits ive seen recently, the damaged emplacement was an early war one,used in d day practice later in the war,hence the damage!Note the lack of graffiti, in the same area are some trench systems used for training. The pillboxes are near Godney on the somerset levels.Would be interested to know what caused the damage to the gun position? Hollow charges?:tinysmile_fatgrin_t
