AAD (Apparatus, Air Defence) No.2 MKIV Free Barage Balloon

I am searching for a picture of one of these: they were bright yellow with the words DANGER DO NOT TOUCH! on them. On the top was a circular ring that tilted over to hit the detonator as well as a firing plunger sticking out of the top. The bomb was cylindrical in shape, 4 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. Toward the upper end is a milled collar covered by a skeleton firing lever.
They were atached to a small hydrogen balloon and released as part if the fatefull Free Balloon barrage so beloved of Churchill.
Any ideas or help appreciated.

Here is one of the two US versions. This is the T2 Barrage Ballon (BB) Bomb.
