Abbreviations used for fuzing aircraft bombs

In ORBs and other RAF documents from WW2 are abbreviations used in relation to the fuzing of aircraft bombs.

Who know what the following abbreviatons means:

NDT
MLD

Other abbreviations are also welcome.

Post some examples next week.

The most NDT have 0.025. So I think that this means Non Delay Tail with a 0.025 sec delay detonator No.49 Mk I (with No. 28 Tail Pistol) or No 51 detonator (with a No. 30 Tail Pistol).

Hereby two examples of RAF forms with the abbreviations.
Found the abbreviation for MLD. It means Mixed Long Delay.
Found also the abbreviation TD 025. I think it is Tail Delay 0.025 sec

Hi Antoon

I think that 'TD' means Time Delay. This relates to the No 49 or No 51 Detonators (delay 0.025 secs) under the long delay Pistols.

I hope this helps
