Abbriviation (H) on captuered ammunition

[FONT=&quot]What is the meaning of the (H). I do not think it is meaning “holland”, because the normal way they write it for captured Dutch material is (h). It is also not standing behind the original Dutch cartridges and fuzes, only behind German fabricated

ammunition. Am I correct that it is (H) for Heer (Army)? If so, then the other question. Why are these fuzes not in the normal WW-2 German army inventory?
