Aden belt markings

Hi I'm looking for help on a 30x113mm Aden cannon case
J . 30mm RG99 It's made by Radway Green in 1999
But the belted case has 002 BMC 07-99 I've never seen a belted case with BMC , Normally Prac or HE anyone help
