aircraft ejection seat (primary) cartridge

021.jpg020.jpg019.jpg018.jpg I think this is a primary aircraft ejection seat cartridge and it looks to me like it has been made from a 30mm Aden cartridge (before the case was finished), in the "extraction groove" is stamped (ctge ejector release unit No1 mk2 RG66) the bottom stamp you can see clearly

Can anyone tell me the aircraft/s this would have been used on

Looks like the ones used in explosive release units for weapon pylons.
