Albanian F1

You know when you take a look at your collection and find something you have no recollection of buying?! I may well have got it from someone on here, or QFA... anyways - am I right in thinking this is Albanian, and if so is the curved lever exclusive to Albanian F1s then? Is there a Chinese connection? Not sure why I think that but I must have read something somewhere?
