AMX-13 Headstamp ID?

I have a shell case 75 x 593mm with 117mm rim. I believe it to be SA 75 50 / CN 75-50 for the AMX-13 Tank. Looking at the headstamp I'm thinking Singaporean manufacture, possibly dated 1991? Any opinions and information on this case would be appreciated.
Thanks, Jeff

I just read in the latest ECRA magazine #677 which makes me think this is South-African, as LP (on the primer) is often found on military pyrotechnics in South-Africa. See page 4 and 5. LP is for Liebenberg & Price, the Cape.

Thus far on this site there are examples of CN 75-50 shell cases made in France, Switzerland, India and Israel. All are former operators of the AMX-13 tank. I am not aware that South Africa ever used that tank.
