Mad can you tell me what as happened here,is it a WW2 bomb that has finally gone off by itself

Yes it is Spotter the second one this week.
One at a construction site and this one by it self.

I thought the bloke was a human mole and just wanted to live in the flats but ended up in a hole...
 
I assume building work disturbed one of them?

Ive heard that an earth tremor set the other one off?,any truth in that?

Just goes to show that these are still dangerous after all these years.
