this itemis unknown for me ,any idea what is this for ? What it mean :Anfeurungssatz?

Google translate is not much help: "firing set" or something like it. "Troisdorf" was the name of an early German smokeless powder. It was used in the 6mm Lee Navy round and I think it was tested for use in the .30-'03 cartridge (predecessor to the .30-'06). The U.S. was reluctant to be dependent on a foreign gunpowder, given the politics at that time (Germany was getting a little colonial/belligerent). I can't help thinking it held bulk powder of some type.

Another thought just occurred: it might be a container for a reference sample of powder; "anfeuerungs satz" translates to "cheering rate".
