ANM-30 GP nose plug?

Anyone have any idea what this thing is?

It is fairly lose and moves back and forth .2500''.

It is in the shape of a T with the part extending into the fuse well is about an inch thick.

On an ANM-30 old model with the removable base plate.

Casing is positively an AN, as it has the single center of gravity lug.

Casing is filled with organic like, inert, lose material.

Came out of a lot of 1940s dated, inert stamped, drill purpose painted casings.

First glance looks like a M 103 nose fuze in the armed condition

I was convinced it was part of a fuze before I saw the lot with my own eyes.

Whatever the T shaped part is, it moves in and out freely.

It is a an empty fuze with an empty booster cup that had holes drilled in it like so many in have seen.
