Hello, I'm traveling and I bought this case at a local store. If I'm not mistaken, it's from a 75mm rapid-fire model 34 cannon (is this 1934?). The cap it has is from AFM "Atelier de fabrication de Munitions." What I can't see is that the length is over 25cm but not quite 30cm.
