A friend of mine from Poland has asked me to id this,,,, well if it aint got a stick and a can involved I don't know
any info would be greatly appreciated,, thanks in advance.

Sorry Nick but I have no idea what this could be - looks rather a kind of adjusting valve. Could you ask for a better picture of the top markings if they tell anything to anyone here?

Thanks for looking..i'll see if i can get more piccs. it apears to have 2 settings, one either side,,, it's not my bag really as no stick or a can :)
