I translate that as ' It is a Belgian mine pressure fuze of WW2. The lock nut on the threaded spindle is missing. I cannot say at the moment which mine it is for'. So it is now a hunt for the mine type.
Thanks Yoda. So extracting the information from the great Lexpex site it appears to be the igniter fuze for the Belgian BSB anti-tank mine captured and used by the Germans in WW2. Thanks to all for the steer in the right direction.
