Anyone ID these for me ? pt 2

Hi Guys

Can anyone let me know what the following 2 pieces are, found on a hiking trip in France. They seem to be a brass screw and some kind of base plug ? I`m guessing they may be pieces from a fuse ? Plug has grip around the edges. Penny for scale. Thanks for looking :
