Guys,
I am not sure if there is a way to put back together a "Bouchon" fuse used in allot of grenades all of the USA grenades have? I have a couple that need the hammer, spring, and pin placed back into some INERT ones. I am kinda thinking that I need the proverbial three hands inorder to do this.

V40 . It is possible with practice . Force the hammer back with a screwdriver & hold it with the thumb on your left hand whilst gripping the det tube in that palm , then using your right hand put the lever in place over the top of the fuze head & carefully remove your thumb from the hammer whilst pushing the lever into the correct position & inserting the pin . Seemples !

Hi . They can be tricky little buggers. . .sometimes its good to have a thin nail to pop in to keep the spring and striker together while getting the spring in the right place .can get quite a sweat on if its a good strong spring . . And holes in your thumb.:) .Darrol.
