AP Projectile Identification needed

3-IN FS COM (common, loaded with black powder or BP and TNT) MK III MOD 6(?) by the stamping on the base. US Naval for 3" 23cal (both landing gun and ship mounted) and 3" 50cal. Looks to have been made in 11-17. Used base fuze MKXII, MKXII MOD1, MKII MOD 9 or SEMPLE TRACER FUZE MK III for that time frame.
