Arab .303 blanks

Not sure about these!?
Box of 72 .303 blanks (or are they grenade blanks?) .
No headstamp & with my limited Arabic I am coming with a date on the box of 10/06/20 - so either 1910 or 1920?

Unable to translate anything else that makes sense to me.
These are for sale if anyone is interested?

Not Grenade blanks ! They would barely launch a ping pong ball...
I have fired these and there are a lot of misfires. No idea on date...

They are Egyptian, but I can't see any viable date. Way too late for 1910/20; I would place them in the 1940s or 50s.

The copper primer appears to be very similar that of the Italian made .303 ammunition (made by BPD & SMI) supplied to Egypt under a secret contract in the early 1950's.
