Are these Ordnance related ?

Could someone please tell me if these are Ordnance related ? I thought maybe something to do with German Bomb Fuzes, but it's not my subject, so I thought I would ask. They are approx 40mm outside dia and approx 30mm inside. They are all marrked mV on the black caps and two are stamped with the letter "D" Thanks in advance.

I think they may be called "Ladekopf".

As far as I know Ladekopf and Ladezunder are devices with a fuze shape installed in a bomb fuze well for charging special bombs.
I think german used another designation for your charging plugs.
