are these projectiles?

The pic shows a couple of items which look rather like projectiles, but I am dubious. They both seem to be made in one piece and are heavy - apparently solid steel. The long one is 200 mm long with a base diameter of 65 mm. The short one is 150 mm long with a diameter of 75mm, and has a button-like extension from the base. There are no markings or other features. Anyone recognise them?

Some Soviet projectiles have similar button extensions for the attaching of decoppering solder/wire,might be a clue?

There is an czech engeneer tool for making holes into ground by battering. It uses a tip that looks similar to the bottom object.
Perhaps the army in the location of Your objects used a tool like this.
