Are these real or fake dummy, practice, replica Grenades?

A friend of mine has asked me to ID these grenades he just got. Are they Dummy/Practice or commercial knockoffs and whats their designations?

Blue plastic cap that has been painted black. It spins but doesn't undo or tighten

Thanks for the info, its what I suspected especially with the lack of any markings. I'm not sure who made these, they were found in an antiques store.
