Can anyone tell me what a Semi Armour Piercing Incendiary Representative (SAPIR) Hispano round was used for? Did it explode or was it a dummy? Is it rare?
Thanks
Roger

The SAPIR is an inert projectile but is in a loaded case.
Here I show my loaded case and setioned one.
The projectile contains an aluminium loose core and no incendiary compounds. Just represents the real SAPI round for practice I guess.
