Artillery or Tank Round

Hi,

I don't know if this is a artillery or tank round :dry:

The markings on the fuze are Fuze Dummy M73 or M78.

The markings on the base of the cartridge case are 105MM M14 7-MF-87.

I hope this information helps in identifying the round.

Its got all the looks of a 105 mm Howitzer round most likely American in origin or maybe made under licence ?hmy:
