Artillery part

F0031

Well-Known Member
Can anyone positively identify this? I'm told it might be part of a German artillery piece, possibly 88mm flak. It's about 20m long, the circular cavity is 7.1cm diameter. The toothed wheel is made of some non-ferrous metal.

Thanks,

Tony

Looks a kind of sight scope base, but definitely not from 88 Flak.
If German at all, there should be maker's codes and WaA-stamps on several parts.
