Artillery Shell charge bags

MissingSomething

Well-Known Member
Does anyone out there know of someone making reproduction charge bags for shells like the 60 pounder, etc... I would like some for some artillery shells I have on display at my museum...

Thanks,
Craig

P.S. I would love to find some original bags for display, but I don't know if they exist in the wild..

charge bags occasionally come up on ebay - I was watching one recently, being sold by a guy on this forum (can't remember who)... I bought a set on ebay myself some years ago, think for AS-90 155mm howitzer...

Just type in "charge bag militaria" into ebay and a few types come up.
Dave.
