ASS / ARS / ATS lot number codes

I am looking for which country / manufacturing company does with these codes (ASS / ARS / ATS)? These are found on 105 cartridge cases and a APFSDS-T projectile. I can't post the pictures, but the ATS is on the round. The ASS is in black markings around the edge of the bottom of the case, and the ARS is stamped in the bottom of the case. Any ideas?

ARS on case is probably French though i cannot remember what the letters stand for (Atelier - - ?)

I have the following information on the codes

ASS = Atelier de Chargement de Salbris, France
ATS = Atelier de Construction de Tarbes, France
ARS = Atelier de Construction Rennes, France
