Assorted 75mm & 3" shell case hulls

Does anyone have cartridge case info on the 12 Pdr 4cwt gun? In the treatise on ammunition from 1915, there is a drawing around page 440, but there aren't any measurements for the case. Also, there is a Nordenfelt 75mm case that might be a fit, but no info on that case either.
