Baton round maker ID part 2

I picked up another one of these at the boot sale this week. It is a fired L5A4 Medium Range case. The headstamp is: "MON 08/87". Which comapny used this maker's mark? The rest of the markings are:ROUND A RIOT 1.5 IN BATON MR L5A4" and "SQ 7/88 173" printed in smaller letters below.

Also, does anyone have a spare Nylon proj for this round for sale or trade? I would be grateful if anyone does have one.
