Can somebody identify this Belgian fuze by model and projectile it was used in? It looks like WW1 vintage?

The top part is 40mm long, 55mm overall length, 58mm diameter, 30mm across the threads, 7 TPI or 3.5mm pitch. Graduated 0-20.

Hello,
Called "fusée à temps de place" (Krupp fuze 20 seconds for shrapnel shells 12cm and 15cm)
Pre ww1 made and used during ww1 (also captured by German and fired on french ww1 battlefields).
Regards
