Belgian military grenade tubes

Just got these that were sold as Belgian grenade tubes. The only markings are the letters F N B on the screw on, clear cap. I'm curious as to what the contents of this 3 cell carrier are and if any of them are avaiable for enhancing the display. And if they are, in fact, Belgian.
