Belgian Projectiles

Hello,

First pic, first shell. The shell looks like a 8cm skoda used by Austro-Hungarian during WW1 with a brass adapter and a french gaine for 24/31cm fuze.
I thought it was a skoda shell for Yugoslavia.
Did Belgian really use this shell ?

I'm no expert on Belgian ordnance, so only going on what the display said.
