Does anybody know what kind of case this is?
Is it Russian??
It's about 85cm long and the diameter is about 19,5 cm

Most likely 152mm. Is there any writing on the side in black letters?
 
No, it is modern for sure (the Russian markings). Strangely enough it also has German-like WW2 markings, but they look fake to me.

Size matches Russian 152mm M1936 gun (190x855R222mm). A German made 1940 dated brass case for a Russian gun of this size does shout fake to me.
