This item was found in the Netherlands near the coast.
The diameter is 14.5 cm
Yellow stuff is explosives.
It looks like a German 8.8 cm base fuze but much bigger.



Hope anybody has a positiv ID

Looks like the upper part from a 17 cm HE with Cap K Gr 38 (Hb)
