Black russian?

Hi all, can someone please identify this, its been bugging me for years:tongue:
I got it with a job lot of mines from the Balkans.
It looks like Russian practice. Its 80mm x 210mm

This is a smoke generator which is launched from grenade launchers which are fitted from russian tanks. The photo shows the launcher fitted to a T-72 tank but other tanks use it also.
