This is the rest of the graphite bomblets, which are NATO aggressors threw in Serbia in 1999.
This trophy has remained that recalls those days of horror.







 
They are designed to short out the electrical power grid. They were reputed to have been delivered by Tomahawk Cruise missiles in Iraq.
