Bofors No 143 1 Primer Key

I ask for ID on these Bofors No 143 1 keys for the No 18 large primers.
Who is Masseys and who is E.T.F. ?
Is it B & S Massey Ltd, Openshaw, Manchester UK ?
The only other Masseys I know are Massey Harris in Canada and Massey Fergusson in Australia.
Masseys was well greased in a greasy wrapper and found in Australia.
